An honest comparison
They do more than we do.
We tell you what it costs.
The two serious names in advertising compliance are PerformLine and ActiveComply. Both are real products with real customers, and both do things we do not. Neither publishes a price. This page is what we actually think the differences are, including the cases where you should buy theirs.
First, what they do that we do not
Three real gaps, stated plainly.
They watch what is already published
Both monitor live social accounts and websites and flag what is already out there. ActiveComply describes monitoring “every corporate and employee website”. We read copy before it publishes and that is all we do. If your problem is the four years of posts already on your agents' Facebook pages, we are not the answer.
They produce examination records built for examiners
Archiving, remediation tracking, audit documentation. We keep a dated record of what was checked, which is not the same as a supervision file a regulator has seen before.
PerformLine is built for enterprise, and is good at it
Its own site says “built for enterprise compliance” and “trusted by 6 of the top 10 U.S. banks”. If you are a bank with a compliance department, that is a sentence we cannot match and should not pretend to.
Then, the differences that favour us
You can find out what it costs, and start today.

Compiled 29 Oct 2026 from what each company publishes on its own site. “Request
a demo” means exactly that: we checked, and neither performline.com/pricing
nor activecomply.com/pricing exists. Nothing here is a claim about what they charge,
because they do not say — and we are not going to guess at a competitor's invoice.
If anything on this page is wrong, tell us and it gets corrected.
The part most comparison pages leave out
When you should buy theirs.
You have a compliance officer and an examination cycle
Then you need supervision, archiving and remediation workflow, and you need it to look familiar to an examiner. Buy PerformLine or ActiveComply. We are a gate, not a programme.
Your exposure is what is already live
Monitoring is a different product and we do not sell one. Checking the next post does nothing about the last four hundred.
You want one vendor for everything
They are suites. We do one thing and expose it as an API so it can sit inside whatever you already use. That is an advantage only if you want it to be.
Buy ours if you are liable for what a team publishes and do not have a compliance department; if you are building a product that generates marketing and needs a check before the publish button; or if you simply want to know the price before a sales call.
