Twelve checks a search engine and an answer engine both care about, run live, right here.

What we look at

Facts a machine can settle, and benchmarks with a source.

Nothing in the audit is an opinion. Every row is either a check that passes or fails, or your number beside the published average for your industry.

Website

Can people find you on Google, and can an answer engine quote you when someone asks it who to hire?

  • Search basics: title tag, meta description, canonical URL, one H1, social preview image, sitemap, robots.txt.
  • Answer engines: whether GPTBot and ClaudeBot are allowed in, an llms.txt, structured data, Organization and FAQ schema.
  • Your numbers: visitors, page views, bounce rate, session length, search clicks and impressions, top pages and top searches.
Benchmarks: 42.14% bounce rate · 2m 43s session · 122 conversions a monthDatabox, 2025

Social media

Are the accounts reaching anyone, and is anyone doing anything about it?

  • Last seven days: impressions, reach, engagement and posts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google, with the change against the week before.
  • Cadence and coverage: how often you post, which audiences you have gone quiet on, what has not been said lately.
  • The profiles themselves: connected, current, complete, and pointing somewhere.
Benchmarks: weekly follower growth 0.4–0.6% LinkedIn · 1.0% Instagram · 0.0–0.1% FacebookHootsuite, 2025

Email

Is the list opening, clicking and hearing from you often enough to remember you?

  • Per send, never blended: who it went to, how many, when, opens, clicks and click-to-open, each send on its own row.
  • Deliverability: sending domain authenticated, list hygiene, resend-to-unopened used properly.
  • The copy: compliance check against your industry's rules before it goes out, not after.
Benchmarks: 40% open · 4.2% click · 11.5% click-to-openfinancial services averages
How to implement it

Every finding comes with a fix you can do this week.

Do it yourself from the report, or switch on your Marketing Hub and most of it is already handled.

01 Website

  1. Fix the tags first. One title under 60 characters, a meta description under 155, one H1. Ten minutes in WordPress.
  2. Let the answer engines in. Make sure robots.txt does not block GPTBot or ClaudeBot, add a sitemap, and publish an llms.txt.
  3. Add the schema. Organization schema on the homepage, FAQ schema on the page people actually ask questions on.

In the hub: the site audit re-runs on demand and your GA4 and Search Console numbers sit on the home screen.

02 Social media

  1. Pick a cadence you will keep. Two posts a week beats seven in one week and none the next.
  2. Cover every audience. Rotate customers, partners, community and team so nobody goes quiet for a month.
  3. Read the numbers weekly. Impressions, reach, engagement against last week, five minutes every Monday.

In the hub: ten ideas every Monday, a week written in your voice, one press to approve, and the last seven days on the home screen.

03 Email

  1. Authenticate the sending domain. SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Nothing else matters until this is done.
  2. One clear send, then one resend. Send to the list, resend to non-openers three days later, and read the two rows separately.
  3. Check the copy before it goes. Prohibited phrases, overclaims and missing disclosures are what get an email ignored or reported.

In the hub: branded templates with real buttons and the compliance footer, and every send recorded with audience, date and rates.
