The unglamorous page
What we hold, and how you leave.
If we are going to write and publish in your name, you should know what we store, what the compliance record actually proves, and how you get everything back if you stop working with us. This page is the answer to all three.
What we store
Your business facts, your brand, the content we make for you and the record of every compliance check it passed through. Contact details for the people who enquire, in the CRM.
We do not sell your information. That is the commitment in the privacy policy, not a line written for this page.
Ask what we have, any time
Email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Same address as everything else: danedigitalmarketing@gmail.com.
No form, no ticket, no portal you have to remember a password for.
What the compliance record is
Every piece we produce is checked before it reaches you, and each check is logged with the piece it judged and the version of the rules it judged against.
The entries are sealed to each other, so an entry that was altered, reordered or removed from the middle does not verify. A one-line receipt rides out in your Friday summary, which means once it is in your inbox we cannot quietly rewrite what came before it.
What it does not prove
It catches tampering in the middle. It cannot prove completeness — the end of a chain can be truncated and re-sealed, and a concurrent write can still be dropped.
Records made before the chain existed verify as unchained, which means exactly that and is not evidence of tampering.
Anyone selling you an audit trail that has no limits has not told you where its edges are.
If you leave
The accounts are yours and were always in your name — your Google profile, your pages, your domain. We are a user on them, not the owner, so removing us is a permissions change you make, not a request you file.
Ask and we will export what we have made for you. Nothing is held hostage to a notice period.
Who actually touches it
A very small number of people, and you will know which. There is no offshore content pool and no rotating account team.
Nothing publishes itself: a person presses send on every piece, after the gate has read it and after you have approved it.
We ran our own gate across everything we had published — 1,111 pieces of content for 13 clients. One was refused: a line in a contracting template calling us “the cheapest lead source in the trade”. It was rewritten before it went anywhere. We would rather show you that number than tell you the engine is good.
Measured September 2026 · a point in time, not a live counterOne caveat we would rather you hear from us. The gate is a screening tool, not legal advice, and it does not make anything compliant on its own. Your compliance officer, your broker or your attorney has the last word — every time.
