Video

Video that cannot say the wrong thing.

Every agency can cut you a reel. The difference here is what happens before it posts: the script is read against your trade’s rulebook, and a line that fails is rewritten rather than published. It is the same gate that checks everything else in your hub.

Video is part of every plan. There is no separate video bill.

What it makes

Four ways to get a video out.

All four live on one screen in the hub, and all four end in the same place: a caption, a schedule, and a check.

The Create screen in the hub with the Reels and video section open, showing Post a video: choose the clip, write the caption, pick when.

A clip you already filmed

You shot it on your phone at a showing. Pick the clip, press write it for me for the caption, choose when it goes. Three steps, one card — no timeline, no export settings.

A reel built from a brief

Intro, b‑roll, outro. Give it a hook and a headline and Reel Studio assembles the cut, the captions and the end card.

Narrated in your own voice

A voice you record once, reused across the week’s videos, so a reel sounds like you without you recording every one.

A reel from your own footage

Longer footage cut down to the part worth watching, captioned, and sized for the feed it is going to.

The part nobody else does

The script goes through the gate.

A caption is copy, and copy is where trades get into trouble. Before a video can post, its script is read against the rulebook for your industry — the same engine that reads your posts, your blogs and your emails.

339 phrases it refuses

Across seven industry rulebooks — Fair Housing, Reg Z, Reg D, clinical, wellness, contracting and TCPA. A flagged line is rewritten and the reason is recorded.

It reads meaning, not words

“Guaranteed closing” is blocked. “We cannot guarantee a closing date” is not — 29 negation words are the difference between a filter and a check.

Your licence line travels with it

Fifteen identifier types, enforced per trade. The number, the brokerage name and the housing notice ride along rather than being remembered.

The honest part

What this is not.

It is not a video editor.

There is no timeline and no colour grading. If you want a brand film cut frame by frame, that is a different job and you should hire an editor for it.

It will not film for you.

The camera is still yours. What the hub removes is everything after the camera — the caption, the sizing, the check and the posting.

It is not sold by the video.

Video is part of the plan you are already on. Nobody quotes you per reel, because the marginal cost of the next one is not an hour of somebody’s time.

It is already in your plan.

Reels and video sit on the same Create screen as everything else, from the first plan up. Open a live hub and make one before you decide.
